Post your favorite webcomics! Here are some that I follow: Strips: Penny Arcade (video game related comics and news posts) Hark! A Vagrant (For the history nerds out there. And the not history nerds. Just read it, all right?) Sequential: Order of the Stick (Dungeons & Dragons & stick figures) Erfworld (a turn-based strategy gameworld meets Alice in Wonderland, only Alice is a dude...) The Adventures of Dr. McNinja (He's a doctor. And a ninja. Also there are sky pirates.) Axe Cop ("written by a 5 year old and illustrated by his 29 year old brother") Gone with Blastwave (post-apocalyptic war comic kinda sorta) Graphic Novels: The Meek (I'm not sure how to describe this story, so I'll just mention that it stars a teenaged girl with green hair who runs around naked. ) Lackadaisy (Rum-running cats. It's updates sporadically, but is still one of my favorite webcomics.) Freak Angels (twenty-somethings with strange powers etc etc just click the link already, it's by Warren Ellis! <3)

Oh, almost forgot -- these are completed and no longer ongoing, but are still great nonetheless: Zhao of the Water Tribe. An amazing bit of 'what-if' fan-fiction done by one of the original animators of the Avatar The Last Airbender series (if you're unfamiliar with it, REMEDY THIS IMMEDIATELY). Rival Schools. One of my favorite artists got to illustrate this adaptation of the old Capcom PS1 / Dreamcast fighting game, but after issue #2 the remainder never saw print. However, Udon has been good enough to put up the whole miniseries on their site.

I read daily: Real Life Comics, Three Panel Soul, Penny Arcade, Something Positive, and Girls With Slingshots. Weekly: Oglaf (>3), Starfighter (warning: Yaoi and 18+), and Teahouse (also yaoi and 18+) Various other ones I try to keep up with in segments: Zebra Girl - Beautiful art, crazy storylines. Started as crack and then got serious, but keeps up a good sense of dark humor. Gunnerkrigg Court - A lovely, consistent style from day one, and a wonderful series of stories, with heavy bits of robotics and mythology alike. Garfield minus Garfield LOL... just LOL. Kagerou - A beautiful, bursting world of color. Don't let the beginning fool you. This is what it means to see an artist bloom. Templar, Arizona - Bizarre, but possibly one of the most creative things I've ever seen. Winters in Lavalle - Surprisingly engaging, and though a little awkward in execution, the characters are very likable and the mystery sucks you in. Dresden Codak - So beautiful I could hardly believe it, with an epic, sci-fi based story.

A friend of mine is writing and drawing a web comic about a girl that wants to play in the NHL. Whether you are in to hockey or not, I recommend checking it out. She has told be a bit about the story, and it's really fun, I think you will enjoy it! biscuitfox.smackjeeves.com/
