So I figured I would start a new thread on here about bad movies. Some are so bad that they are actually fun to watch, www.rifftrax.com/ does this with a lot of movies. Note: In order to get through the movies I post here I recommend a few friends that like to trash talk bad movies and/or alcohol. So to start off with the most recent I have watch with my friend: Nine Deaths of the Ninja. www.imdb.com/title/tt0089689/So this is your typical 80's era ninja flick. Only it doesn't really have much ninja action. Some notable parts of this film include. 1) Strange intro. So... the "ninja" is training in a foggy like setting, with some ladies dancing around while he does this. It was unusual yes, I don't know why, but you find yourself asking "why did that happen" a lot in this film. 2) My favorite character is one of the bad guys who's entire lines in the film consist of laughing. He can also stop bullets with his hands. 3) Spike Shinobi.. No joke that is one of the main characters actual name. 4) A hero character able to forward flip up to a balcony (approx 15 feet), and a bad guy who can fall feet first off that same balcony onto a large empty box that kills him. 5) Midget henchmen. Here's a preview of what I'm talking about, both number 4 and 5 happen in the same scene.

WOW. Little people dressed like Michael Jackson and a man in a box. Not so much a fight as it was a performance art piece! If you're hunting for 'so bad it's good' crazy straight from the tap, I'd push anyone who's willing up on the Crank movies. They're basically Jason Statham in the craziest live-action 5-star run of Grand Theft Auto ever. I remember visiting my friend Josh in San Francisco who had rented the 2nd movie from Netflix but hadn't watched it yet. I demanded we do so immediately, and I'll never forget his reaction at this part in the film [ youtu.be/yb682WbGgOA ]: "Wow. This is actually happening." Also I loved the fuck out of Hobo With A Shotgun. By no measure could it be called a good movie, but it is friggin' hilarious. When a guy strides down a walkway in ice skates while yelling 'It's a beautiful day for a SKATE! RAPE!', you either get on board or you get the fuck out. And that character and his brother aren't even the worst guys in the movie [ youtu.be/WSdUT4sXrsw ]!

Wow J, awesome stuff. I love the part with the dino that had 2 guns attached to its head and a nazi flag on it's side.

Dude, you HAVE to see the 1st episode [http://youtu.be/ZK0OQk_vShg ]. Hitler has an all female honor guard equipped with inpenatrable black diamond skin! The only thing I've been doing more than rewatching this is playing Arkham City.
Also the eagle-headed commander is the reason I need to learn how to make animated .gifs.

I saw a movie so bad... it actually wasn't good in any way, just bad... This movie was like watching the Starwars Holiday Special for an hour and a half... and actually it made that almost look good, this movie was that bad... What movie was it? Turkish Starwars (That's the title I'm going with) www.imdb.com/title/tt0182060/No seriously, this was a real thing and wow is it bad. So this film is something about some dudes from earth on another planet to do stuff... I don't know, it really didn't make any sense even with the subtitles. What I do know is that a lot of footage is taken directly from Starwars, and sound track by Raiders of the Lost Ark and a few scenes from other stuff of the time. Basically they ripped some scenes from other movies, tried to add a story and well... you have one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The acting.. bad The costumes.. terrible The story.. rediculous The randomness.. constant If you are brave I recommend watching this, all I can say is make sure you check your brain at the door because trying to analyze the movie in anyway wont get you anywhere. But it sure as hell is funny.

Oh wow, I missed this post! Why did you do that to yourself?! I've heard about how horrible nearly any Turkish movie is -- I think there are versions they did of Superman, Spider-Man, Star Trek and anything else that was popular here in the '70's. Ugh...I don't have any clips of it to show, but you HAVE to find this Japanese live-action Power Rangers-type show called Unofficial Sentai Akibaranger. I can neither stop talking about or watching it, because there's really no better description of the series than "Phillip J. Fry from Futurama becomes a Power Ranger". A 29-year-old otaku (yes I know shut up) ends up getting drafted into a Power Rangers team with a catgirl cosplayer and a high school martial artist girl who's horrified by them both. They are told that they must defend the city of Akihabara in order to become popular enough to get their own show. Their enemies? BLATANTLY EVIL GUERILLA MARKETING FIRM B.Of course, this means that the whole thing is hilariously self aware and ridiculous -- the 'giant robot' the heroes end up getting is actually a transforming Toyota Prius, and they're constantly startled by the ridiculous cliches of Power Rangers-type shows getting thrown at them. By the way, the BEGMFB's version of Power Rangers Putties? Sacrificial Corporate Drones. only one episode's out so far but i ♥ this show so muchEDIT: WATCH IT NOW BEFORE IT'S GONE HURRY youtu.be/Se0Pu_-RQPE
