Born to GA~~ME.
Okay, enough with the bad Smashing Pumpkins rip.
I found a PSP homebrew application today that enables me to transfer files between PSP's via the wireless card. Best part? It uses the PSN 'Game Sharing' feature to allow the 'normal' PSP to run the file transfer program. Which means I can 'infect' other PSP's with Custom Firmware... if the other owner agrees to let me do so. It's the whole 'Threshold' thing - can't go over them, you know. So Blase`.
Thankfully, my PSP has decided to go old school vampirisim, what with the indoors during the day and only out at night thing. Sucking the Bandwith from unsuspecting, innocent Routers, and passing it's dark gift to all who desire it. All the sucker PSP's will call it Sire! Muahahahahahaaa!
Is this cool? Y/N?

Quite awesome! I recently (finally..) picked up a PSP to start working through my immense backlog, so I've only just gotten around to getting custom firmware onto it.
This sounds amazing, though - what is it called?? I'd love to be able to toss roms on and off of the thing without plugging the beast in.

The program I found is called 'AD Hock File Transfer'. I think it's only good for transferring files between PSP's, though. You might be better off with using USB to transfer large files - while the ad hock file transfer is pretty quick, it definitely bogs down a bit when transferring large files or large amounts of smaller files. Like I mentioned, I basically use this utility to give other people custom firmware on the fly, but there might be something out there that lets you do wireless transfers between PC and PSP. Check 'Homebrew Store' ( wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=6061&sid=9d06e237175af7d76c819a6ae465e1ba) as it may pass files from PC to PSP via wireless.
