Hey guys! I don't know if you're following the Supreme Court case at all, but if you care about video games (and I assume you do, since you're here) you might be interested in this. The Justices are considerably more knowledgeable in this area than I would have expected. Kotaku: "This morning's Supreme Court hearing about video games was full of feisty exchanges about free speech and protecting kids. Plus, we got a Mortal Kombat reference." My favorite part was:
"Justice Antonin Scalia: What's a deviant — a deviant, violent video game? As opposed to what? A normal violent video game?
Morazzini: Yes, Your Honor. Deviant would be departing from established norms.
Scalia: There are established norms of violence?"
